Brian Lee I first met this knowledgeable Realtor about 10 years ago at an open house, he was friendly, attentive, actually listened to my and my Mother’s needs and I knew instantly this was the guy if I ever needed to buy or sell a property that would be accurate and professional. I didn’t have interest in purchasing the home he was listing, however, our business relationship was far from finished. I must commend him on his follow up (mind you never bothersome or intrusive) this Realtor kept in touch in the most caring way. It was genius really!! Every year I would receive a brief summary of my neighborhood sales and a note from Brian Lee. Well, almost 9 years from our initial contact I needed a Realtor and who other than the man that was willing to keep in touch for almost a decade. Needless to say, the transaction to list and sell the property I now needed to, went beautifully. I was new to this process and did not ever feel I had a question that went unanswered or a time I felt that Brian and his team were unavailable. He walked me through the scenarios of selling a home and talked to me in very understandable terminology. He kept me up to date with every aspect of this process from staging to showing schedule via text or email and was very proactive. He explained legal terms in contracts to help me understand and if I didn’t need help he knew when to let it ride. This is the third time that we have worked with Brian for our real estate needs, as it's really that simple. Brian is a consummate professional that has a wealth of knowledge regarding all things real estate. From market analysis to championing our transactions, Brian has helped our family though multiple purchases and sales. Brian was just lovely to work with. He came to us as a referral from a friend and we are glad we had him as a realtor to navigate buying a house in the crazy Denver market during a pandemic. Brian did a great job helping us find a house! 2 things really stood out: 1) He helped us professionally navigate this crazy market. We were able to present a competitive, but reasonable, offer on the house we purchased. He worked directly with the seller’s agent to get the deal closed amongst competing offers. 2) He also helped us avoid major problems on a different house we had under contract when the inspection reveled some major issues. Based on Brian's counsel, we decided it was best to walk on the deal vs take on some major risks. We ultimately found the right house for us. Brian knows his business and knows how to get a deal done vs. just showing houses. We highly recommend Brian.

Brian was wonderful to work with through the whole process of selling our home and buying a new home - especially with our crazy schedule!
